Kerin brings a wealth of experience in providing high-quality and informative customer service working in retail pharmacy for 19 years.

Presently, Kerin is enjoying skilling up in insurance working towards Tier 2 General Insurance accreditation.

At Breakwater, Kerin’s day looks like taking calls and client instructions, assisting with renewals/endorsements/quotes, responding to insurer requests, taking claim details, completing training and development and helping out staff where needed.
