Rene prides himself on always treating clients with respect, working in a professional manner and with a friendly approach.

Rene’s years of experience in insurance covers an amazing 24 years so you can trust he has seen it all and knows what risks could catch you out. His previous insurance roles included Claims Specialist, Team Leader, Senior Consultant and Claims Consultant. He is now relishing in his role as a Senior Claims Manager with Breakwater.

Rene’s role at Breakwater sees him managing claims, providing updates to clients and insurers, negotiating on behalf of clients with insurers, and always looking for room for improvement in claims management.

Outside the office, sees Rene spending time with family, playing sports – he’s currently into playing indoor soccer. He also enjoys dining out at restaurants.
